Supporting, empowering and involving our customers: our Annual Report 2021-22!

Our Annual Report 2021/2022 contains a wealth of facts and figures about the help we gave to residents in the face of continuing pandemic restrictions and the cost-of-living crisis. Read it here.

It highlights how we:

  • cleared a backlog of repair cases which built up during those restrictions and were then added to by the storms
  • supported and helped to protect our most vulnerable customers; and
  • empowered and involved residents, not least through the ground-breaking All in Programme and the appointment of more residents to the Board and Customer Influence Committee.

Our Chief Executive, Emma Palmer, said: “The report sets out in lots of detail the many different ways that we worked for, and with, our customers during another challenging year.

“During those 12 months we worked extremely hard to support our customers, especially the most vulnerable, and to maintain and enhance our overall service.”
