Emma is responsible for running Eastlight Community Homes.
She has a wide range of senior leadership experience at chief officer and non-executive level.
A fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), Emma has always worked in the sector and has a strong commercial background.
As part of the Executive Team at Flagship Housing Group she held a number of portfolio roles including Chief Executive of its wholly-owned subsidiary RFT Services Ltd.
Previously she was Director of Housing at Estuary Housing.
Executive Director, Resources
David has executive responsibility for business planning, funding, ICT, risk, governance, audit, cashflow, income management and regulatory compliance.
He is Chair of our Business Change Board and Eastlight’s Company Secretary.
Previously, David was Finance and Resources Director at Greenfields Community Housing for 13 years.
He trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG, before moving into the social housing sector in 1998.
He was Director of Finance at Havebury Housing Partnership and Assistant Director of Finance at Flagship Housing Group.
Executive Director, Operations
Dan has executive responsibility for service delivery including repairs and maintenance, asset management, operational compliance, customer service, tenancy management and sustainment.
He joined Eastlight in September 2020, having held executive roles in housing, most recently as Executive Director of Integration at Metropolitan Thames Valley.
His previous experience was in the private retail sector where his focus was on operational improvement, performance analytics and customer insight.
Dan has a Masters in Biochemistry from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Executive Director, People, Communities and Communications
Sharon has executive responsibility for community investment, organisational development and our people. She also also heads our corporate communications function.
Her leadership experience spans the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Sharon held similar roles in housing at Optivo and Guinness Care before joining Greenfields Community Housing in 2019.
Investing in our people to deliver excellent customer service and embracing diversity and inclusion are at the heart of Sharon’s work.
Executive Director, Customer Services
Jane has executive responsibility for service delivery including repairs and maintenance, asset management, estate services, customers services, tenancy management, lettings and tenancy sustainment.
Jane joined Eastlight in November 2021 and has always worked in the sector. Her previous roles include Resident Services Director at London & Quadrant, and Director of Operations at East Thames.
Jane is also an Audit & Risk Committee member at Local Space Housing Association and is passionate about delivering excellent customer services.
Andrew is responsible for delivering Eastlight’s new homes programme and manages our Development Team.
He plays a key role in strategic stakeholder engagement, developing positive relationships with developers and other partners.
With over 20 years’ experience in affordable housing development, Andrew has held senior roles at Moat, Circle Housing and Thrive Homes.
Governance & Business Change Director
Kerry heads up our Business Change and Governance functions.
He is responsible for business assurance, change and integration, risk, data management, performance reporting and ensuring our Board and Committees operate effectively.
He was a lawyer in Canada, before moving to the UK and has held a number of leadership roles in housing. Kerry is Vice Chair of Soho Housing Association and a Royal Naval Reservist.
Housing Services Director
Scott's role is to improve our customer service offer and he is passionate about digitalising our contacts to provide greater service and efficiency.
A surveyor by trade and a chartered construction manager with Chartered Institute of Builders, Scott has previously led repairs, asset investment, compliance and housing management functions having worked in affordable housing for more than 15 years.
He also has a master's degree in business.
Charlotte is responsible for asset management and investment.
This includes fire safety, compliance and our repairs and maintenance service which is delivered inhouse by our Home Solutions Team.
She has extensive experience in housing management and property services and is currently completing her Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of Surveyors (RICS).
Community Investment Director
James is responsible for empowering communities to be the best they can be.
He leads our Community Investment Team and is responsible for our innovative Community Empowerment Strategy (hyperlink to strategy).
He took up this new role at Eastlight in 2020 after driving innovation and sector wide collaboration as Futures Programme Director at the National Housing Federation (NHF).
