The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH’s) role is to proactively regulate the three standards which are classified as ‘economic’. These are
- the Governance and Financial Viability Standard
- the Value for Money Standard
- the Rent Standard
We are proud to have the highest RSH rating for both governance and financial viability.
Governance grade G1 - Eastlight Community Homes Limited meets the regulator’s governance requirements as set out in the governance and financial viability standard
Viability grade V1 – Eastlight Community Homes Limited meets the regulator’s viability requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios.

Our Board have also prepared our first Environmental, Social and Governance Report which provides information on our performance, both quantitative and qualitative, against the requirements of the new Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing.
