They can help you to access the support you need to enable you maintain your tenancy and live happily within your home and community.

To help us understand your needs, we will meet with you in your home to complete an assessment, allowing us to identify services available to get you back on your feet.

These services may be within Eastlight such as our Income or Repairs team, or you may require support from external services such as Social Care.
