Please see the contact options below. We're closed on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 for a staff training day. Our out-of-hours service will be available on 0330 128 0330 for urgent enquiries. For anything non-urgent, feel free to contact us via My Eastlight portal or app. We'll reopen on Thursday from 8.30am as usual. Thank you.

Our out of hours service is in place should you have an immediate issue, repair or emergency outside our opening hours, so you can get support as soon as possible. Our Customer Services Team are available between 08:30am and 5pm.

Your Neighbourhood Lead

Every Eastlight resident has a dedicated Neighbourhood Lead who is responsible for your local area and supporting you in your home and community. You can find more about Your Eastlight Team under the ‘My Home’ section, or email us to get in touch with them.
