We are sorry for the current standard of our Grounds Maintenance service. From Monday, 8 July, we’re changing our provider to Countrywide Grounds Maintenance. They intend to complete the vast majority of grass cuts by the end of July, as well as treating weeds on hard surfaces. Our Estate Rangers will continue to help with grass cuts. If you pay for grounds maintenance through your service charge, then you will not be charged for it – you should receive a letter shortly with more information.

Call us on 0330 128 0330 (local rate) between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If it is an emergency, please call us immediately so we can help to solve the issue straight away. If you need to report an emergency outside of our opening hours please use the same number and you will be put through to our out of hours service.
