We're a Hate Crime Reporting Centre.

Hate Crime is defined as any criminal offence or incident which is perceived by the victim, or any other person, to be motivated by hostility or prejudice towards someone based on a personal characteristic. This could be because of their race, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

Hate crime can include anti-social behaviour, verbal abuse, neighbour disputes, harassment via social media and physical abuse.

You can report a Hate Crime to us at Braintree Hub; we’re an official Hate Crime Reporting Centre. We can provide a safe, secure place for you to report and offer support where needed.

Once you've reported this to the Police, please contact us with the incident report number and the officer's name so we can contact them. We'll then work with you, and the Police, to agree the next steps.
