Eastlight Community Homes shareholders learnt about our exciting future at our first Annual General Meeting.

The meeting was held virtually using Zoom and an online voting platform to ensure as many people could take part as possible.

Eastlight is a Community Gateway Association, so residents can become shareholders and vote at Annual General Meetings.

Around 150 resident shareholders took part, either by attending the meeting or by sending their voting preferences in advance. All of the resolutions, including to appoint six Board members, were passed.

Those attending heard from Chair Hattie Llewelyn-Davies and Chief Executive Emma Palmer about the creation of Eastlight and what the future holds.
