It’s Eastlight’s job to make sure your home is safe and comfortable, and that you can feel proud of your community.
Your Neighbourhood Lead is a local, visible contact dedicated to you and your neighbourhood, helping whenever you have a query about your home, community and the services that matter most to you.
By working closer to you, they can better understand the challenges you face, take ownership and resolve issues faster.
Your Neighbourhood Lead has the skills, expertise and support to help when you:
- First move into your home
- Need help paying your rent or service charge
- Have questions about your tenancy or lease
- Need something fixed or need help arranging repairs
- Want to raise issues or concerns about your area.
They’ll work with our local partners so you can receive extra support when you need it, such as wellbeing advice or accessing the benefits you’re entitled to.
You’ll see more of them around your community too, with regular walk-abouts and neighbourhood meetings where you can discuss decisions and agree priorities together.
We have more specialist teams on hand who can help when you need more focused support. These include our:
- Customer Services Team – still your first point of contact, they’ll answer your query or work with other Eastlight teams to get you the right support first-time
- Intensive Housing Support Team – finding the best outcome for those experiencing serious anti-social behaviour, hate crime, safeguarding issues and domestic abuse
- Income Team – helping you manage your rent, offering guidance and signposting to external services for additional support
- Empty Homes & Allocations Team – making sure our high-quality homes go to households and families that need them most
- Leasehold Team – your go-to team if you’re a leaseholder or shared owner and you have a question about your lease.
