We're launching a new app which will allow you to book repairs at the touch of a button.
The new app will replace, and significantly improve on, the current My Eastlight self-service portal.
With it, you will be able to:
- View, book and update a range of repairs
- Check your rent account and make payments
- Update your personal details
- Get the latest updates on your services
A group of Eastlight residents are currently testing My Eastlight to make sure it works for you.
We aim to launch the upgraded version later this summer, and we will contact you when it’s ready to use. Residents who prefer to contact us over the phone will continue to be able to do so.
