Join the 2,000 residents now using My Eastlight portal!

Launched in December, more than 2,000 residents are now using our new My Eastlight portal and app to book and reschedule repair appointments, check their rent balance and make payments, report antisocial behaviour and damp and mould and more.
Many Eastlight residents have told us they want more accessible, digital services to manage their home and book repairs in ways that suit them.
We’ve been working with them to redesign our online services, so they can receive quicker access to the services they need, when they need them.
We’re really pleased that they can now contact us anytime, anywhere, with the new 'My Eastlight' portal and app.
