    We're closing for Christmas

    Our Braintree office will close at 5pm on Christmas Eve and reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
    During this time, Eastlight will provide a regular service between Monday, 29 December and New Years Eve. If you need to contact us, please call 0330 128 0330 or use the new My Eastlight portal or app.
    Please be aware that between Christmas and mid-January, we will have limited appointments for routine repairs as we focus on emergency and urgent repairs over the festive period.
    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
