Many Eastlight residents have told us they want more accessible, digital services to manage their home and book repairs in ways that suit them.

We’ve been working with some of you to redesign our online services, so you receive quicker access to the services you need, when you need them.

We’re really pleased to announce that you can now contact us anytime, anywhere, with the new 'My Eastlight' portal.

In just a few clicks, you can:

  • Book or change repair appointment (tenants only)*
  • Check your rent balance and make a payment
  • Report damp and mould issues
  • Report anti-social behaviour and hate crime
  • Send us a compliment or a complaint
  • Update your details.

* For any urgent or emergency repairs, please call us instead on 0330 128 0330.
