How we keep you safe from water risks
In our buildings where residents share a water system, we take steps to reduce the risk of water-borne bacteria, including Legionella. We do this by carrying out risk assessments, checking water temperatures, flushing outlets, when needed, and completing routine inspections and maintenance.
Where testing or inspections identify any concerns, we arrange for remedial works to be completed by qualified contractors. We keep records of all checks and regularly review our arrangements to make sure shared water systems remain safe and compliant.
Our aim is to ensure residents have access to safe water and can be confident that water safety risks are being actively managed.
