Our residents and leaseholders are given priority for garages, and can rent them for £12.42 per week. Private tenants or anyone renting more than two garages pay VAT, so the weekly amount is £14.90.

You will need to pay four weeks’ rent in advance and set up a direct debit or standing order when you sign up for the garage.

Our garage sign-up process is digital, with documents being sent and signed electronically.

All of our garages are rented for the purpose of storing vehicles, although you can store other items, as long as they're safe. We are not liable for any damage. Our garages should not be used for business purposes, as this will breach your tenancy.
