Eastlight Community Homes is searching for an exceptional new Chief Executive to lead our organisation through the next chapter.
As a resident-led housing association, we own and manage around 15,000 homes across the East of England. Together with our residents and communities, we provide affordable homes and create places people are proud to call home.
This is an exciting time to join Eastlight. With a newly appointed Chair (see here), strong governance, sound financial management and a clear focus on delivering an excellent resident experience, we are well placed to build on our success and ambitions for the future.
What you’ll be doing
Whether you’re an established Chief Executive or an experienced senior leader ready to take the next step, you’ll bring strategic leadership, commercial awareness, financial expertise and a strong commitment to customer excellence.
Working closely with our Board, residents, colleagues and partners, you’ll lead the development of Eastlight’s next Corporate Strategy, setting a clear direction for the years ahead while ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding outcomes for residents and communities.
We’re looking for an inspiring and values-led leader with the vision, credibility and judgement to guide a complex organisation in a rapidly changing environment.
Most importantly, you’ll understand the difference that good housing can make to people’s lives and the vital role housing associations play in supporting thriving communities.
At Eastlight, residents help shape our priorities, services and decision-making. Our next Chief Executive will champion this resident-led culture while ensuring we continue to innovate, invest and deliver services that make a real difference.
