Communal improvements bring a fresh new look to Queens Road

As part of our ongoing investment in your homes and communities, we’re committed to ensuing your homes are places you can feel proud of.

And we’re pretty proud of this one.

What used to be dark hallways and tired outdoor paving is now a set of bright, welcoming stairwells and a spacious outdoor area for everyone to enjoy. Everything feels cleaner, fresher and much more modern.

A big thank you to Kendall FM Building and Construction, who carried out the work and did their best to keep disruption to a minimum. One resident even showed their appreciation by baking cakes for the team.

And of course, a thank you to Eastlight's Planned Delivery Team who made sure the project ran smoothly, provided clear communication and delivered a positive experience for all involved, all while ensuring value for money is balanced equally with resident satisfaction and regulations.
