We want you to join the Eastlight exercise revolution!
A series of free classes for our residents are on offer and you can take part without leaving your house.
Choose between gentle, moderate, and advanced levels depending on the challenge you want.
The hour-long online sessions will be held each week and aim to improve balance, strength, confidence and can help lower the risk of falls.
There is also a social aspect which can help reduce isolation during these challenging times.
Our health and wellbeing co-ordinator James Taylor, leads the ‘gentle’ class, which is chair-based, while renowned movement expert, Ben Dunks, will head the ‘moderate’ and ‘advanced’ classes which will require more standing and movement.
The classes, which begin in the first week of February, are open to anyone over 18 who feels they might benefit but are particularly suited to people aged over 65.
There is no need for any specialist equipment – you have all you need in your home.
