We have launched our Moment in Time survey to find out views from our residents on our performance and services. You may be contacted for your opinion on Eastlight over the coming weeks and people who take part will be entered into a prize draw.

Why are Eastlight doing this survey?

Customer feedback is incredibly important and helps us understand where we’re doing well and where we need to improve over the coming year.

We last carried out a survey two years ago, prior to the merger of Colne Housing and Greenfields Community Housing, and want to know how views have changed.

How does the prize draw work?

As a thank you for taking the time to respond to the survey, all customers will be entered into a prize draw where five people will win a £100 Amazon gift voucher.


How will I be contacted to take part in the survey?

You may be contacted by email, text message and telephone to be asked to take part.

The survey includes 20 questions about the services you receive from Eastlight and should take no more than ten minutes to complete.

You will not be asked any personal questions or for any banking or confidential details.

Who will I be contacted by?

To make sure you feel comfortable giving your full and honest views, we have asked an independent research company, Teamsearch, to carry out the research on our behalf.

Teamsearch are based in Halifax, so the telephone number that contacts you will begin 01422.

Will my responses be anonymous?

Yes, if you would like them to be.

At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you are happy to be contacted by Eastlight about your responses, if you say no, we’ll still receive your survey responses but these will be completely anonymous and not linked to you or your home in any way.

How will Eastlight share the results?

We will report the findings of the survey to our staff, our management team, our Board and, most importantly, back to you.

We will update this page with the results of the survey in May.

We will also include findings from the survey in upcoming newsletters and our annual report.

What are the terms and conditions for the prize draw?

The closing date for the prize draw is 11.59pm on Tuesday 12 April 2022. The draw will take place on 20 April 2022 and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.

The prizes are five £100 Amazon vouchers. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for delivery.

The prize draw is open only to customers of Eastlight Community Homes who are UK residents and aged 18 years and over. Entries will be limited to one per individual. Incomplete survey responses will be disqualified from the prize draw.

If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the organisers, then the organisers will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit, without any liability to the prize winner. The organisers' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Eastlight Community Homes accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

Eastlight Community Homes further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
