We ran our Moment in Time survey to find out what residents thought of our performance and services. You can read the results below.
Customer feedback is incredibly important and helps us understand where we’re doing well and where we need to improve over the coming year.
We last carried out a survey two years ago, prior to the merger of Colne Housing and Greenfields Community Housing, and want to know how views have changed.
Responses are anonymous, if the residents wants them to be.
At the end of the survey, we asked participants if they were happy to be contacted by Eastlight about their responses.
Those who said no had their responses kept completely anonymous and not linked to them or their home in any way.
Since receiving the results, each team at Eastlight have been working to develop an action plan to improve our services with a particular focus on the areas highlighted in this survey.
We will report back in the coming months on what has been done to make improvements.
