As well as our ambitious plans to deliver new homes, Eastlight is also committed to keeping all of our homes in good condition.

We have a dedicated team who work on empty properties, restoring and repairing them at the end of tenancies to ensure they are ready for the customers to move in and make their own.

At the start of each financial year, we calculate which of our homes are due for new kitchens and bathrooms and contact customers to arrange for the work to be carried out.

If we do install a new kitchen, you will be able to choose from a selection of doors, worktops, tiles, floor, and paints to make it your own.

Similar choices are on offer for new bathrooms.

Last year, Eastlight invested £13m in our homes and provided 223 new bathrooms, 106 new kitchens, 465 new boilers, 118 central heating systems, 182 new roofs and 681 new doors and windows.
